The manufacturers' self-pay prices for brand-name GLP-1 medications, by dose, each taken from its official page. These are cash prices for the medication only, with a valid prescription; they don't include a prescriber, follow-up or insurance. We re-check every row once a month and log each change at the bottom.

Ozempic® is approved for type 2 diabetes. The $199 first fills for Wegovy® and Ozempic® run through December 31, 2026. Novo Nordisk's self-pay pages exclude people enrolled in government healthcare programs.

The Zepbound® refill price applies when each refill is bought within 45 days of the last delivery; Lilly says these savings end December 31, 2026. The reduced Foundayo™ prices also run through December 31, 2026. Higher Foundayo™ doses cost more; check LillyDirect for them.
Medicare
Medicare's GLP-1 Bridge (July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027) covers Foundayo™, Wegovy® (injection or pill) and Zepbound® KwikPen® for a $50 copay per one-month supply, for eligible people with a Part D plan, with prior authorization.
Compounded programs
Telehealth programs that prescribe compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide set their own prices, and they are not tracked here. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. For reference, Everlon's compounded semaglutide is $129 first month, then $249/mo from month 2, if prescribed, and compounded tirzepatide is $315/mo, if prescribed, including the provider evaluation, check-ins and standard shipping.
