Report a side effect or a problem

How to tell us about a side effect or a problem, and how to report to the FDA.

Effective date: pending

Still being finalized

We're still finalizing this page. The emergency instructions and the FDA reporting details on it are accurate now.

If this is an emergency, stop reading and get help now

Call 911, or go to an emergency room. Do not wait for us, and do not use this page to tell us first — tell us afterwards.

Do that for anything that frightens you, and in particular for trouble breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, chest pain, fainting, a severe allergic reaction, or severe abdominal pain.

We are not an emergency service. Nobody is monitoring this page in real time.

Reporting a non-emergency problem to us

Email care@everlon.health and tell us what happened. It helps if you include:

  • what you noticed, and when it started
  • which medication you were taking, if you know
  • your name and date of birth, so we can find your record

You do not need to use particular words, and you do not need to be sure the medication caused it. Tell us anyway.

What we do with it. We pass what you tell us to the provider who prescribed your treatment and to the pharmacy that dispensed it, and we keep a record of the report.

What we do not do. We do not assess your symptoms, and nothing on this page is medical advice. Deciding what a symptom means is your provider's job, or an emergency department's — not this page's and not ours.

You can also report a problem with a product, a delivery, an order, or anything else about the service to the same address.

Reporting to the FDA, independently of us

You can report a side effect directly to the FDA's MedWatch programme, whether or not you tell us. You do not need our permission, and you do not need to have reported it to us first.

Reporting to the FDA is voluntary, and it is how safety problems with medications get found. It is separate from telling us, and doing one does not replace the other.
