Company: Everlon Health LLC
1. Prescriptions & fulfillment
Medications prescribed through the platform are dispensed and shipped by licensed partner pharmacies, not by Everlon. Shipment occurs only after a licensed provider issues a valid prescription.
2. Shipping methods, timing & cost
Delivery timing depends on the product and pharmacy processing. Shipping method depends on the product:
- Standard 2-day (tablets, creams, troches, most orals)
- Cold-chain / expedited for temperature-sensitive injectables (e.g., GLP-1s, peptides, NAD+)
- Overnight where required
Timeframes are subject to pharmacy processing, carrier performance, weather, and law. Standard shipping is included at no additional charge. Expedited delivery, or delivery to remote areas requiring special cold-chain handling, may carry a fee — always disclosed before you pay. Tracking is provided where available.
Signature on delivery. Some medications may require an adult signature at delivery or carrier identity verification, and cannot be left unattended or rerouted mid-shipment.
Your address; risk of loss. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address where deliveries can be received. Responsibility for a shipment passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If a shipment is returned, lost, or spoiled because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, or because the package could not be delivered or was left unretrieved, replacement may require a new fee — contact us and we will work with the pharmacy on options.
Temperature-sensitive medications. Cold-chain products are packed to stay within temperature range for the expected delivery window. Retrieve refrigerated packages promptly on delivery day and follow the storage instructions included. If a cold-chain product arrives compromised (e.g., warm, damaged packaging), do not use it — photograph it and contact care@everlon.health within 3 days so we can submit it to the pharmacy for review. We will not deny a claim solely because it was reported later, where the problem is verifiable.
Multi-month supplies. Where you purchase a prepaid multi-month plan (e.g., a 60- or 90-day supply), the supply may ship as a single fulfillment and, once dispensed, is non-returnable like any dispensed prescription — this is disclosed before you purchase.
3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Certain Services are billed on a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the disclosed price and interval until cancelled. Any promotional first-month price and the standard price thereafter are disclosed before purchase.
Promotional offers. Introductory and promotional pricing is subject to the Promotional Offers section of our Terms of Service. In summary: a discount does not guarantee a prescription — treatment still requires approval by an independent licensed provider, who may decline; offers are limited to first-time customers of the eligible product and to the specific dosages and billing frequencies identified; offers are one per person, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are void for anyone enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA/CHAMPVA, or any other federal or state healthcare program; and after the promotional period the subscription renews at the standard price until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing care@everlon.health — no phone call required. We may show you an alternative before you confirm — we will never require you to accept one, speak with anyone, or take any additional step to complete your cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, stops future charges, and stops any shipment not yet submitted to the pharmacy. Because medications are compounded and dispensed for you specifically, an order already submitted to the pharmacy may not be cancellable.
5. Refunds & returns
- If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you — you get a full refund. If your provider declines to prescribe, or determines you are not eligible for the plan you purchased, you receive a full refund of that plan charge. This applies equally to orders placed with a promotional code — a discount does not change the outcome or create an entitlement to treatment.
- If you lose eligibility later. If your provider determines at any point that continued treatment is no longer appropriate, your plan is cancelled and you are refunded for any period paid for but not yet provided. Where a multi-month supply has already shipped, the shipped portion is not refundable (see below).
- Medications already dispensed. Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to a pharmacy for refund or reuse once they have been dispensed for a specific patient. For that reason, dispensed medications cannot be returned or refunded — except in the case of a pharmacy dispensing error, a compromised cold-chain delivery confirmed by the pharmacy, or where required by law.
- Multi-month plans. If you prepay for two or more months, you are refunded for any month in which no medication was shipped to you. Months already shipped are not refundable, per the paragraph above.
- Cancelling a monthly plan. Cancellation stops future charges. The month in which you cancel, and any prior months, are not refundable where the services for those months have been provided.
- Medication unavailability: If a prescribed medication becomes unavailable (for example, a regulatory or supply change) after you have prepaid, we will offer a pro-rata refund of the unshipped portion or, where clinically appropriate and you agree, a provider-approved alternative.
- Treatments that require a live video visit. A few states require a live video consultation before a provider can prescribe certain treatments. Everlon does not currently offer video visits, so where a state requires one, that treatment is not offered in that state and is shown as unavailable before you reach checkout. You will never be charged for a treatment that cannot be provided where you live.
- Lab testing. Everlon does not order or bill for lab work, and does not charge you for it. If a provider decides lab testing is needed before or during your treatment, they will tell you directly and arrange it with you. Everlon receives no payment, commission, discount, or other benefit tied to lab testing or to which laboratory is used.
Where a refund applies, it is issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days of approval.
Order errors. If your order arrives incorrect, report it within 14 days of delivery so we can coordinate a pharmacy review.
To request a refund or report a problem, contact care@everlon.health.
6. Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
Inspect your medication as soon as it arrives. If it appears damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact us at care@everlon.health right away and do not use it.
- Damaged items — photograph the product and its packaging before contacting us. We submit the claim to the dispensing pharmacy, which decides whether to replace it.
- Incorrect items — we submit the claim to the dispensing pharmacy for replacement.
- Lost in transit — we work with the pharmacy and the carrier to trace the shipment and request a replacement.
The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for the product it dispenses and for deciding replacement claims. We will submit your claim promptly and tell you the outcome.
7. Billing questions & chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues resolve quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of your account.
