Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.

- If your provider declines to prescribe, or determines you aren't eligible for the plan you chose, you are not charged.
- You may cancel at any time in your account, or by emailing care@everlon.health — no phone call required. Plans that renew every 4 weeks: Cancel in your account any time before we charge the next 4-week period. If your provider has already sent that prescription to the pharmacy, that order ships and is charged, and nothing after it.
