Do I need a live call with a provider in California?
No. California allows the exam before a prescription to happen through a questionnaire, without a real-time interaction, when the provider meets the standard of care (Bus. & Prof. Code §2242(a)). Every treatment we offer in California is reviewed that way.

How does California privacy law apply to me?
Your health answers, health history and prescriptions are medical information under California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. For your other personal information, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know, correct and delete it. We don't sell or share personal information.
